Standard Cancellation

• Full Refund: For cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the check-in date.
• 50% Refund: For cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior to the check-in date.
• No Refund: For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the check-in date, or in case of a no-show.

Peak Season & Holidays

During peak seasons (e.g., December, major Indian holidays), a stricter cancellation policy applies. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance for a full refund.

Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Modifications

If you wish to modify your booking dates, please contact us at least 14 days prior to your original check-in date. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur a rate difference.
