1. Booking and Payments

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to or upon arrival, as specified in your booking confirmation. We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and major credit cards.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to treat the property and its surroundings with respect. Any damages caused to the villa or its contents will be charged to the guest. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

4. Liability

Kerala Tripist is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by our negligence.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
